They were very interested in my lab research and my teamwork / team leading and conflict resolution skills. They were looking for someone relatable, so when I relaxed towards the end of my interview, we were able to have a fun and genuine conversation. Grades did not matter,

What did your company expect from you as a 2nd/3rd year co-op student?
Not much in terms of technical skills. To listen to and incorporate feedback. To be able to communicate effectively in all manners, to be able to deal with confrontational personalities. to deliver projects and tasks on time.
Did you like your overall PEY experience? Why or why not?
had its ups and downs. Its a slow learning curve, so it can be a little discouraging not to be working at full-speed from the start. Eventually, when you become familiar with what's required, you can take on so many more diverse and interesting tasks. Definitely teaches you to be patient and aware of what you know and what you don't know.
