What are your daily responsibilities?
Data analysis, testing of panels, trouble shooting
What were some projects you were involved in?
Test and quality specification development, Six Sigma continuous improvement projects, macrotizing and development of quality metrics
What were strong points of your interview? Did grades matter?
Personal interest in quality and my leadership examples were important for the interview. It was not a technical interview.
Which skill sets/courses were most relevant to your position?
What did your company expect from you as a 2nd/3rd year co-op student?
They expected me to be able to learn quickly, to apply what they taught me and to make my own decisions.
Did you like your overall PEY experience? Why or why not?
I thoroughly enjoyed my PEY experience. They provided me with an incredible work environment, with lots of support and opportunities to learn and grow.
One fun fact about your job?
Every single day was different. There were some repetitive tasks, but for the most part, I was always learning and doing new things.
