What were strong points of your interview? Did grades matter?
Grades do not matter as long as your cover letter and resume stand out and do well in the interview. Sanofi hires people who are friendly and who doesn't sound like a robot
Which skill sets/courses were most relevant to your position?
Team Strats, process design, separations, unit ops (part of my work term is to assist my managers on investigating tools used for our project such as clamps, PRVs, gauges, male and female end connectors, etc. Stuff that you learn in Unit Ops from Jowlabar will come hunt you down). MS Visio experience is a plus! If you have it, put it in your resume/cover letter
